These are the best, so flexible and comfortable. My son is very skinny, 6 years old so we got the small. They fasten with Velcro and stay on just fine!
We haven’t had a rough scrape on his elbows in weeks. If he falls they really keep him safe!

Love the way these stay on my sons elbow. He broke his elbow and we wanted to get him something to wear after the cast came off. He was happy with the feel and liked that it was comfortable.
