Great item for the price. I recommend using a socket wrench with an extension. Without one middle section we are also able to use it for the pool when it's at the 5' 3" setting. My son loves it.

We purchased a basketball hoop as a birthday gift for our kids, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. During assembly, we accidentally put one of the parts together incorrectly. We contacted customer service, expecting a complicated process, but they were absolutely amazing. Their team was friendly, understanding, and quick to help. They promptly sent us the replacement part we needed, making sure our child’s birthday gift could be enjoyed without delay.
